Junior Golf

Junior Golf Program

Following our successful Junior Holiday Programme held in December 2018, the Carterton Golf Club will be hosting a weekly program for kids who want to learn how to play golf. Basic skills will be taught by our team of experienced volunteer coaches, supported by registered PGA coach and pro-golfer, Joel Macklin.

Kids will get a taste of playing real golf on a real course in a stunning, safe environment. Activities will include driving, chipping and putting skills development, ambrose golf on the course and FootGolf on our fantastic new 9-hole FootGolf course.

Golf clubs are not required, we've got all the kit! Kids must simply be dressed appropriately for outdoor sports. Parents / caregivers don't need to stick around (but can do so if they want to) but must pick up kids when the sessions end at 6pm.

Kids cannot be left to roam the course unattended.
